For Fudge Sake is a bakery specialising in thiccc, fudgy and gooey AF New York style cookies. Inspired by the sweet treats we have enjoyed during our travels, we’ve put our own spin on the humble chocolate chip cookie, with each flavour on our menu paying homage to a special time in our lives. 

We don’t mess about when it comes to cookies and bake exclusively with the very best ingredients available such as French butter and Valrhona chocolate. In fact, our cookies contain more chocolate than sugar so you can rest assured that what you’re tasting is the quality and fragrance of our star ingredients.
