How are the cookies sold?
Cookies are priced individually, and are packed into boxes of 6 (you'll need to have either 6 cookies in your cart for a box, or have multiples of 6 for multiple boxes).
Yes mother fudger, you can mix the flavours in each box.
Can I add a gift message?
Certainly, just leave a note at checkout
How can I get my cookies?
What time will my cookies be delivered?
Between 12-5pm. If you need them by a certain time, please reach out to us and we'll try to accommodate. Additional charges may apply if we have to send a dedicated courier to deliver your cookies.
What if my preferred delivery/collection date isn't available?
Drop us an email/DM and we'll do our best to accommodate. No guarantees tho!
How much does each cookie weigh?
Do your cookies contain nuts?
Not all of them, but they're all made in a kitchen that contains nuts.
Are the cookies egg free, dairy free, and/or gluten free?
How sweet are your cookies?
They are less sweet than a lot of the cookies out there, although within our cookie range, some flavours are sweeter than others (e.g. Biscoff vs dark chocolate). Regardless, we pride ourselves on baking cookies that contain more chocolate than sugar (to be very specific, premium Valrhona chocolate... and loads of it!!!). This means that what you're actually tasting is the chocolate (+ other star ingredients) rather than the sugar.
We are WSQ food hygiene certified (so rest assured that your cookies are prepared with the utmost care).
We are not halal certified, although our cookies do not contain any alcohol or pork byproducts.
How do I heat up my cookies?
We love our cookies warm and gooey and if like us, you’d like MAXIMUM FUDGINESS, warm the cookies in a 180°C oven, toaster or air-fryer for 3 to 5 minutes. Let the cookies cool for 1-2 minutes before eating so that they can firm up slightly (or dig in with a spoon if you can't wait).
Please don't microwave the cookies as it'll cause them to become dry and crumbly.
How long can I store my cookies for?
As our cookies are freshly made and do not contain any preservatives, they will stay fresh for 3 days when kept in an air-tight container at room temperature (or wrap the box in cling film so no air can enter).
To keep them for longer, freeze them in an airtight container, ziplock (with the air squeezed out), or wrapped individually in cling film, for up to 1 month. Just reheat them from frozen in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes or until warmed through and leave to cool for a minute or two before eating.
P.s. don't store your cookies in the refrigerator as it will cause the cookies to dry out and urgh, nobody wants that.
